Blue Noodle’s menu may have few pages but it is simply just different configurations for a bowl of beef noodle or pork noodle. There are 4 noodle types to select and with / without soup. For beef noodle, there are beef balls, stewed beef or fresh beef or mixture of any of the three. For pork noodle, there are pork balls or spare ribs or both. There are also meaty dishes comprising of beef or pork ingredients without noodle.
Blue Noodle’s Noodle Soup with Stewed Beef or with fresh beef are recommended dishes. But, opting for all its beefy ingredients, including stewed beef, fresh beef and beef balls, is the best way to try everything at one go. Needless to say, the tender stewed beef, fresh beef slices and firm, bouncy beef balls in tasty, flavourful broth are just too perfect. It is aromatic and delicious without having to add any condiments. For some spiciness, add dried chilli to spice it to taste.
The Dried Noodle with Pork Balls and Pork Spare ribs uses egg noodle, tossed in a light sauce, and added with both pork balls, spare ribs and greens. Again, this is the best option for pork noodle to try all porky ingredients. The tender spare ribs, bouncy pork balls and springy noodle make this a great noodle dish too.
