Bukit Batok West Shopping Centre is a traditional heartland commercial hub located to the west of West Mall and Bukit Batok MRT Station. The hub comprises of several structures, including a wet market, supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries, clinics, provision shops, etc, serving as a convenient, one-stop neighbourhood destination for nearby residents, offering a mix of daily essentials, medical care, and local eats.

With 4 coffee shops — namely, Kimly Coffeeshop (金味) and a newly-opened Lava Foodcourt (Lava 食阁) below Block 150 and Broadway Coffeeshop back-to-back with Food Hub (大食汇) — and a number of eateries, excluding fast food outlets, Bukit Batok West Shopping Centre is a great place to hunt for traditional local food and regional dishes.
