The capital town of Kota Tinggi District is Kota Tinggi Town and is just 45Km from JB CIQ. Getting to the town from Johor Bahru is easy using public buses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>BAS.MY&nbsp;J1<\/strong>0<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"hznhd511\"><strong>BAS.MY J10<\/strong> is the only public bus service, by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.causewaylink.com.my\/\">Causeway Link<\/a>, operating between JB Sentral, in Johor Bahru, and Kota Tinggi Bus Terminal, in Kota Tinggi Town. Bas Muafakat Johor Service PE004 plies the route between the terminal and Bandar Penawar Bus Terminal in Desaru but it is for Malaysia citizens only. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"hkeph255438\">For non-Malaysians, <em>getting to<\/em> Desaru will be to use taxis \/ Grab cars.
