The Dang Gui Duck Noodle (当归鸭面) uses thin egg noodle dry-tossed in their special sauce with pork lard and has a light herbal aroma. The roasted duck meat, neatly laid on the noodle with greens, is very tender with a hint of dang gui (angelica sinensis) aroma. The dish is really nice with distinctive herbal flavours.

The Char Siew Roasted Pork Rice (叉烧烧肉饭) is one dish to go for two roasted delights, where lean barbecue pork and roasted pork are placed on plain rice and dribbled with a pleasant sauce. The barbecue pork is sweetened by its sauce with some crispiness from the charcoal-grilled outer layer. The roasted pork has firmer texture with crispy skin and not salty. It is a nice meaty dish.
