Ju Fu Herbal Bak Kut Teh (聚福药材肉骨茶), established in 2018, specialises in traditional Klang-style herbal bak kut teh (pork ribs soup) and other claypot dishes using their secret recipes. The brand operates several outlets in Singapore, including one in Happy Hawkers (喜多福), a 24-hour coffee shop in Bukit Batok Central.

Aside from having pork ribs only for their Signature Claypot Herbal Bak Kut Teh, there is also a similar dish with mixture of pork rib and pig offals. The pig offals and other ingredients, like pig’s trotter, chicken, meatballs, etc, are available as claypot dishes too with a list of side dishes. There are also Singapore-popular noodle dishes, such as chicken / prawn laksa, prawn (& pork ribs) noodle, fishball noodle, minced meat noodle, etc, and porridges.

The Signature Claypot Herbal Bak Kut Teh (招牌沙煲药材肉骨茶) is served on candle fire to keep it hot. There are long pork ribs, enoki mushroom, tofu puffs and tofu skins in the herbal soup that gives a nice aroma. The pork ribs are tender and the soup has nice herbal flavour, not too strong in taste and not too salty. The soup is best consumed with fried dough, as usual. And, they use stickier short-grain rice (珍珠米) — can be easily picked up using just the chopsticks — instead of the commonly-used dryer, longer Jasmine rice.

The Pork Ribs Prawn Noodle (排骨虾面) has rich and flavourful broth that is boiled with prawns. The yellow noodle dish is added with two fresh prawns, two pieces of tender pork ribs, fishcake slices, bean sprouts, greens and garnished with scallions. It is another delicious dish to go for.

Ju Fu Herbal Bak Kut Teh is one spot to go for claypot herbal bak kut teh, different claypot dishes and popular noodle dishes.
