R&F Mall JB (新山.富力广场) is a premier 3-story waterfront shopping mall in Tanjung Puteri, Johor Bahru, located just across the Causeway from Singapore. Famed for its peaceful, uncrowded shopping atmosphere compared to older JB malls, it is directly connected to JB CIQ customs checkpoint via a 650-metre covered overhead link bridge.
To get to R&F Mall, or R&F Princess Cove behind the mall, simply take a walk using the link bridge. The bridge entrance is just 50 metres from the exit of JB CIQ.
However, though easy and convenient, the link bridge has some downsides that discourage some people from using it — smokers smoking inside the covered bridge, vagabonds sleeping on the bridge and there will be those who feel that 650 metres is too far to walk.
A great news is that there is a free shuttle bus service “RnF” from JB Sentral Bus Terminal direct to R&F Mall. The service operates on an interval of 40 minutes before 8am and after 4pm, and 1-hourly interval from 8am to 4pm. Look for the colourful (non-pink) bus in the bus terminal but outside the bus bays. Watch out for reversing buses when crossing the bus park.

At R&F Mall, the “RnF” shuttle bus service will stop at a drop-off point beside D’Shanghai, a dim sum restaurant. To return to JB Sentral, simply return to the same drop-off / pick-up point.

R&F Mall is so close to JB CIQ with the convenience of a linked bridge and free shuttle bus service. Just take a short walk if unable to catch a shuttle bus to / from the mall.
