The Souper Tang Signature (Ginseng Chicken) Soup (招牌参鸡汤), for 2~3 pax, is a nourishing, slow-brewed dish that has a rich broth containing a whole chicken leg with premium ingredients (ginseng, dried scallop, fish maw, shiitake mushroom, etc) and flavoured with rice wine and chicken essence. The herbal broth is non-bitter, savoury and with great flavours from the ingredients that are boiled in it. A bowl of nourishing soup is definitely a must for any meals.

The Signature Stone Pot Rice Steamed Over Pork-based Broth (招牌石锅饭) features rice steamed in a pork-based broth and laid on hot stone bowl, creating a crispy bottom layer. The rice bowl is topped with a number of ingredients such as savoury minced pork, earthy mushrooms, crunchy long beans, and tender-soft yam. The Stir-Fried French Bean with Pu Er (四季普洱香) used crunchy, fat French beans to stir-fry with braised minced pork and aromatic Pu Er tea leaves. The savoury dish is infused with a subtle tea leave fragrance that makes it very unique, delightful and tasty.

The Souper Tang Stewed Yellow Wine Chicken with Tian Ma Botany (天麻黄酒菜园鸡) uses free-range chicken to simmer with yellow rice wine, tian ma (gastrodia elata), black fungus, red dates, ginger, etc. This nourishing dish is said to offer health benefits such as improved circulation and potential cognitive support and is traditionally prepared for mothers to regain vitality during confinement period.
