Bukit Batok (武吉巴督) is a matured residential town in the west region of Singapore with Bukit Timah to its east, Choa Chu Kang to the north, Jurong East to its South and the new Tengah estate to the west. Being one the most populous towns in Singapore, it has large number of eating places in all corners waiting to be uncovered.
The town encompasses several sub-zones, such as Bukit Batok Central (where Bukit Batok MRT Station and West Mall are located), Bukit Batok West, Bukit Batok East, Bukit Batok South (including Bukit Batok Industrial Park), Hong Kah North and Bukit Gombak (where Bukit Gombak MRT Station and “Little Guilin / 小桂林” are found) — base on street names rather than the official definition of “Bukit Batok Planning Area” in National Library.
As a resident of Bukit Batok, I made my neighbourhood, and the new Tengah estate, hunting grounds to hunt for nice food — in addition to my on-going food hunts around Bukit Timah, Beauty World and in Chinatown. Having daily meals do not have to be restricted to eating places nearest to my home.
Eating Places

It will be a very long list as I/we continue to explore Bukit Batok and try out different eateries, hawker stalls and also confectioneries / bakeries / shops selling food stuffs.
