West Mall, located right next to Bukit Batok MRT Station in Bukit Batok Central, was opened in 1998 housing a mix of retailers, cafes and restaurants, a food court, a post office, a community library, a supermarket, etc. The shopping mall underwent a renovation in 2023 and added more than 20 new food and beverage outlets in one of its basement levels by mid-2025. The vast number of fresh, diverse dining options turned West Mall into a single food haven for Bukit Batok residents.
